Division of Materials for Building, as a core division, participated in the Department of Global Environmental Engineering which was founded as a new type of department independent of the undergraduate schools. Division of Architectural Environment Control and Division of Architectural Facility Planning, as affiliated departments, participated in the Department of Global Environmental Engineering. |
| 1996 April |
The School of Architecture and the School of Architectural Engineering were combined and rearranged to form the Graduate School and the School of Architecture. At the same time, all the instructors were re-appointed to respective positions in the Department of Architecture and Architectural Engineering, the Department of Architecture and Environmental Design , and the Department of Global Environmental Engineering under the Graduate School of Engineering. |
| 2003 April |
The Department of Architecture and Architectural Engineering, the Department of Architecture and Environmental Design, and the Department of Global Environmental Engineering were restructured to form the Department of Architecture and Architectural Engineering and the Department of Urban and Environmental Engineering under the Graduate School of Engineering. |
| 2010 April |
The Department of Architecture and Architectural Engineering and parts of the Department of Global Environmental Engineering were integrated to form the Department of Architecture and Architectural Engineering under the Graduate School of Engineering. |
